Rush Service/Same Day Services: For documents that need to be served quickly because the recipient is leaving town or the court date is imminent, we offer rush services. Call to ask about our competitive rates.

Court Filings: Filing with state, federal, and local courts in Southern Florida.

Tenant Inspections/Verification: Investigating tenant situations for busy or out-of-town landlords and realtors.

Evictions: Serving notices to tenants facing eviction. Hand serving eviction notices ensures the tenant actually received the documentation with proof in the form of an affidavit of service.

Legal Research: Research and retrieval of legal information regarding assets, criminal or civil arrests, DMV records, and more.

Court Copies/Messenger Service: Copying and delivering legal documents from court cases. Courier services to deliver documentation to your home or office.

Florida Service of Process

Serving process is legally required in many cases and recommended in many other legal situations. This process involves having the defendant in a case legally notified with a subpoena to appear in court. Although evading service is thought to be a way of avoiding criminal or civil charges, it is not. Service and court are inevitable, but having an experienced process server helps facilitate the court process, especially for out-of-town plaintiffs.

In Florida, process servers are appointed by the county sheriff. They must fill out an application and be subjected to a background check. Professional process servers are by far the best option for service as they are educated, trained in serving effectively, and motivated to finish the job.
